Thank you for your interest in my practice.

I am a licensed psychologist who is committed to providing the highest quality mental
health services to our community. I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and
families. I also provide psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
Areas of interest/specialty include developmental disabilities, including pervasive
developmental disorders and learning disabilities, anxiety and depression. I can also
assist with parenting issues and behavior management. My practice is now limited,
although I do accept new clients.   I am interested in discussing your particular concern.
Together we can decide what you would like to work toward in therapy.

My office is located in Cobb County on Windy Hill Road in Marietta.   I do not see clients in
Gwinnett or Morgan County.   Some late day and weekend appointments are available.

My normal rate for psychotherapy is $120.00 per session. Please use the link to GROUPS,
above, for fees and information about group therapy. I believe that everyone should have
access to mental health services and, as a result, this office provides psychotherapy
services are on a sliding scale basis with post doctoral residents. This means that the fee
that you pay is based on your income. The fee for therapy goes as low as $50.00 per
session, depending on your income. I also accept the following insurance

Medicaid (for assessment and therapy for individuals age 21 and younger)
Peachcare for Kids
Medicare
Private Healthcare Plans

Open and honest communication about this and all other aspects of your therapy is
encouraged.

My basic office forms are available here to so that you can complete them before your
appointment. Print the forms (using the print icon on your browser), complete the
information and bring them with you to your appointment.

Before your appointment, print and complete the initial Adult form if the client is an adult.
Print and complete Child and Developmental History forms if the client is a child

IF your appointment was made by Disability Adjudication Services, print the DAS forms,
complete them, and bring them to your appointment.
