Anger Management
The anger management group is structured in weekly (1 ½ hours) sessions for 12
weeks. Groups are scheduled in the evenings in order to accommodate group
members' work schedules. The fee for the group course is $35.00 per group session
(totaling $420.00 for the entire program). This is a competitive rate that takes into
consideration the group members financial situations. The anger management
program is a module-based, cognitive-behaviorally oriented program that
incorporates issues such as anger education, including awareness of the cycle of
violence, assertiveness vs. aggressiveness, coping skills, relaxation techniques (such
as progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, and focused breathing), shame,
power, control, and relapse prevention. The program involves teaching, practicing,
talking, and doing.

Mixed Gender LGBT Psychotherapy Group
- Do you experience depression, social anxiety, difficulty with
intimacy, and/or sexual problems?

environment.
